Four different lots sizes are available, with prices starting at $69,900. Habitat for Humanity of Dane County will begin fielding offers on July 1, 2020, with the ability to start construction in Spring of 2021.
Discounts
Bulk discount purchases are available: Five lots 2.5%, 10 lots 5% and 15 lots 7.5%. Builders who purchase five lots or more will also be featured as one of Town Hall Crossing’s Preferred Builders.
